Our favourite popsical recipes this summer!

It's heating up out there so we think there is no better accessory for our freezers than these gorgeous SunnyLife popsicle cases from Bundle.
This summer we'll be packing ours with heaps of yummy superfoods and flavours for the family! So we've jotted down our favourite recipes for you to have fun with this season. We've even included one for the adults! Think Lime & coconut milk along with a delicious strawberry and mango popsicle. Then of course the refreshing blueberries and mojito mix for us! Yes we pretty much mean rum, team!
All ingredients are enough for one set of SunnyLife moulds.
Chia Coconut Pudding Pops.
INGREDIENTS
1 can (14-15 oz) coconut milk
1/4 cup chia seeds
fresh fruit of your choice
1 Tbsp sugar or honey (optional)
1/2 tsp vanilla or almond extract (optional)
Blueberry Mojito Popsicles.
INGREDIENTS
½ cup sugar
½ cup water
35 mint leaves
¾ cup lime juice
6 tablespoons light rum
6 oz blueberries
Strawb & Mango Pops.
INGREDIENTS
2 ripe mangos, peeled + cubed (or 3 cups frozen, thawed mango chunks)
1 cup Simply Orange Low Acid, divided
1 cup fresh strawberries, stems removed + hulled
